Return Policy
Elite Posture Pro™ accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

All original packaging is intact

Any sign of damage may void the Elite Posture Pro™ guarantee

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after 30 days
Some items are non-returnable, including intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may request a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email with your order number.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Exchanges (If Applicable)
For eligible items, we’re happy to help with exchanges. Reach out to hello@eliteposturepro.com with your order number and exchange request.
Return Shipping (If Applicable)
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email with the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to post. If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us at hello@eliteposturepro.com so we can investigate further.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive the item. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@eliteposturepro.com. We use the shipping carrier’s timestamp to review damage or return claims. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be honored.
