Shipping Policy
At Elite Posture Pro™, we proudly partner with top international shipping providers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS, all of whom work with local couriers to deliver directly to your doorstep. We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping to serve our customers across the globe.
Order Verification & Payment
Your card will be charged at checkout. All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. This process may take several business days. To combat fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring further verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping & Fulfillment Process

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

Processing times may extend during holidays, high-demand periods, or when items are low in stock (up to 10 days).

Once processing begins, we cannot make any changes to your order—including address updates.

We ship only during business days (Mon–Fri). No weekend or holiday shipping.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates due to different supplier locations.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive this once your order is handed off to the carrier’s sort facility.
Note: For some couriers, tracking updates may be delayed by several days. If it has been 5+ business days since your order and you still don’t see updates, please contact us at hello@eliteposturepro.com.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may incur import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are:

If a package is refused and returned, you will be responsible for both the original import taxes and return shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Elite Posture Pro™ is not liable for:

Packages marked “delivered” by the courier but not received

Lost or stolen parcels

Damage during transit
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
We use carrier delivery confirmation and tracking timestamps to review damage or loss claims. If damage is not reported promptly, we may not be able to honor your request.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders are processed immediately, and:
